3) Election of officers and endorse next year’s committee

(It is known that there will be vacancies among our officers as the current chairman – Howard Pryor, new spares secretary – John Gogay, and Regalia secretary – Fred Newman all wish to stand down. Also, at the moment there are vacancies for Technical Officers, members who have a knowledge and understanding of Mayflower workings and would be able to support colleagues with their problems – via email or phone. Any members wanting to play a bigger role within the club and need advice on how they can do this, please contact John Oaker at the address below. The club needs your support because it would be in difficulty if the above positions were not filled)

This meeting is open to all members of the club, and as such, you will be very welcome to attend.
